Dearest Pat, Blackpool and Skegness don’t quite measure up to Vietnam but I remember that’s where we went for our summer holidays when we were kids and we loved it. I remember we started by staying in a boarding house on full board but you didn’t like the food (you must have been very young) and would only have bread and golden syrup sandwiches. So after a couple of years we started going into self catering, and then hit the high life in a caravan in Skegness, all a very long time ago but good to think about. One of the high spots of the Blackpool holidays was going to Blackpool Tower to see the circus, quite an extravagance at the time and Dad saw it as our very special treat so enjoy it we did Thinking of you with love and prayers, your sister Maureen
