I find myself quite speechless as I write this. Pat has been a great influence in my life and in moments of great difficulty I still find myself talking to her in my head. Such is the place she has in my heart. I had been meaning to meet her once I had emerged victorious from my woes so that she could be proud of me. I just feel so heartbroken to hear about this news. I would respect her wish not to have visitors. Frankly I don’t know if I have the courage to see Pat in anything but that excited childlike way I always had known her to be in. However please let her know that I love her very dearly. Love Raj
